We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by Outdoor Leadership Institute, both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the Outdoor Leadership Institute website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so. 

We collect and maintain the following types of donor information: 

· contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address; 
· payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information; and · requests to receive periodic updates: e.g., to individuals who request it, we will send periodic mailings and/or e-mails related to specific fund-raising events or appeals, and newsletters. 

Outdoor Leadership Institute uses your information to complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on foundation happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. 

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
